Ruby ( Etoile Ruby Presnell ) is known as the “first class sultry lady of blues”. Her unique and powerful voice melds with her beauty and sensual stage presence. Ruby and the Red Hots earth-shaking, crowd-stirring music creates a performance that gets her audience simmering. Sharing great arrangements of classic Rockin’ , Blues, R&B and Funk, as well as original music with a group of professional accomplished musicians, including the “Red Hot Horns”, Ruby and her Red Hots are sure to please! Ruby has shared the stage with such greats as Etta James, Charles Brown, Junior Wells, Buddy Guy and John Lee Hooker to name a few. She has performed with the San Diego Symphony, Papa John Creach, Solomon Burke, Poncho Sanchez, Hollywood Fats, C.J.Chenier and Elvin Bishop. Ruby and the Red Hots have extensive experience between them, touring and performing at festivals and venues all over the US and abroad. Performing professionally for over 25 years, and currently continuing their musical journey for many years to come!
